St. Casimir's fair or Kaziuko muge is not only a fair where people sell and buy goods, but a place where musicians perform and parades go on. Every year, multiple concerts can be seen during the fair. In this year’s Kaziuko muge, 3 concert stages were set where musicians performed throughout the festival. Apart from music, there was a religious group called Krishnaism marching in the festival and giving candy to everyone. This year the first stage was dedicated to national dances and songs. Another stage was left for kid pop-groups to sing and dance, and the last stage was left for Lithuanian performers who are well known in the country.

This year, circus artists were invited to join the fair and interact with the crowds of people. In the center of the fair there was a pavilion set up full of medieval activities like games, sewing and smithery. Everyone was free to make their own crafts and learn how people lived in the middle ages. Street performers who play the violin, flute or the accordion are a regular sight at the fair. People usually give them money as a note of appreciation towards their music. Besides all of that, traditionally, a well-known politician gives a speech on one of the stages during celebrations on Saturday. This year, it was the prime-minister, Algirdas Butkevicius, who encouraged people with his speech to support the folk artists.

On Saturday at 13:00 o’clock the Kaziukas parade started. It included the police orchestra, five sculptures of St. Casimir, and 10 choirs who were singing folk songs throughout the parade. The parade went through all of the streets of the fair.
